Bond is set at $200,000 for a homeless man accused of rape and felonious assault for an attack in the West End.
48 year-old Benoit Ntarumotima is accused of forcing a woman underneath an overpass at 850 Linn Street, around 12:50 Thursday morning.
Police say Ntarumotima is HIV positive and allegedly forced the woman to perform oral sex on him at knifepoint.
He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. He appeared in court today.
