Busses Driving in the Emergency Lane!!!!

I drive from Mason to Clifton every morning down 71 south. As I sit barely moving from Fields Eartel to past Kenwood I see the 71X metro fly past all of us that have been sitting still for 10 min. in the emergency lane on the left side. I acually called the Ohio State Patrol to see if they were infact allowed to do this, and they are. They are allowing this as part of a test and it started in March and the test is for a year. THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!! So am I to believe that the people that park at Kings Island and take the bus some how are more important than the rest of us??? Do they deserve sleep more than people who drive??? Because I get up earlier so that I can make it to work on time because of traffic delays as I'm sure many others do. What if some one needed to use the EMERGENCY lane for an EMERGENCY. I guess the next time my car over heats and the steam is obscuring my view, instead of getting hit by a bus, I will just shut my car off right there in the lane I'm in and cause everyone further delays. Or what about the guy who puts the nose of the car in that lane to see what the delay is, will he get hit by a bus?? Is that lane really safely wide enough for a bus?? I dought it!  Did we vote on this??? I could be wrong but I never saw it on any ballot. Talk about Road Rage I consider myself a pretty calm driver but it wont take long for some one that has been sitting in traffic for a while to say the heck with it and get behind that bus. I know if I thought about others did as well. I don't think this is right or safe at all!!!!!!!!!!
